June 2016 Update:

After the U.S. Chemical Safety Board released its report of the fire and explosion at the fertilizer plant in West, TX, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (BATF) concluded that the fire, which preceded the explosion, was started by parties unknown.
